Oshay Green: solo exhibition

Press release
Oshay Green – Paris Exhibition Opening, February 6th, 6 pm - 8 pm
DVIR GALLERY is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition of Oshay Green, a self-taught artist from Dallas, currently undertaking a residency in Paris.
Green (b. 1994) creates immersive installations and sculptures, drawing inspiration from West African religion, metaphysics, voudon beliefs, and jazz. Utilizing materials such as discarded fabric and metal scraps, his work evokes a profound sense of mysticism and spirituality, encouraging viewers to engage deeply with themes of creation, transformation, and rebirth.
Inspired by jazz greats including Pharaoh Sanders and Sun Ra, Green employs an improvisational approach to explore notions of freedom and liberation within his creative process. His works reflect personal narratives and cultural influences, notably referencing Helena Blavatsky’s The Secret Doctrine.
We invite you to experience Green’s thought-provoking artistry, which transforms everyday materials into powerful, symbolic expressions of identity and heritage.
