Simon Fujiwara featured in The Living End at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.
Dvir Gallery is pleased to announce that Simon Fujiwara is featured in the major group exhibition The Living End: Painting and Other Technologies, 1970–2020, currently on view at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. The artist is represented with his work The Mirror Stage (2009–12), on loan from Tate.
Curated by Jamillah James and Jack Schneider, the exhibition brings together over 60 international artists who have redefined the language of painting over the past five decades. Through the use of emerging technologies, imaging techniques, and performative strategies, The Living End explores the evolution of painting as a medium shaped by both digital innovation and shifting cultural narratives.
The Living End runs through April 13, 2025.
