Latifa Echakhch’s latest installation, Untitled (Tears Fall), has been featured in Forbes as one of the standout works at Art Basel Unlimited 2025, according to Nel-Olivia Waga.
Making its debut at Unlimited, Echakhch’s work takes the form of a delicate curtain composed of nylon threads, each adorned with glass spheres and beads suspended at varying heights. The installation captures the ephemeral moment water touches a surface—frozen in both its descent and ascent—offering a meditation on sorrow and hope.
