Marianne Berenhaut, Dor Guez, and Sigalit Landau at Kunsthalle Recklinghausen

We are delighted to announce that works by Marianne Berenhaut, Dor Guez, and Sigalit Landau are featured in the exhibition “Affinities”, marking the conclusion of the Kunsthalle’s 75th anniversary celebrations.

 

“Affinities” brings together works from the Kunsthalle’s collection alongside pieces from the former Vestisches Museum and the Icon Museum, enriched by contributions from nationally and internationally renowned guest artists. The exhibition explores meaningful connections across different periods, curatorial approaches, and artistic languages, presenting aesthetic relationships that transcend traditional distinctions of genre and epoch. Together, these affinities offer both a reflective overview of the Kunsthalle’s history and a forward-looking perspective on its artistic vision.
